Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years experience in medical device sales, healthcare equipment sales, or technical product support in the medical industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong aptitude will be considered).

Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, hospital equipment, or diagnostic systems and
their applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, product specifications, and schematics.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and equipment
maintenance.

Sales & Communication Skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to healthcare professionals.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Personal Attributes
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to client needs.
• Willing to travel extensively for hospital visits, demos, and training sessions.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Prior experience in selling medical imaging, laboratory, or surgical equipment.

field.
• 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with
strong potential will be considered).

Marketing & Sales Skills
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and customer
engagement.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation is an
advantage.
• Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations and product pitches.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analytics for tracking sales performance.

Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a liaison officer, company driver, or in a similar role.

Licensing & Driving Skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license (with appropriate restrictions for vehicle type).
• Good driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Familiarity with local and regional routes, traffic rules, and road safety regulations.

Work & Liaison Skills
• Experience in handling government transactions (e.g., permits, renewals, compliance
documents).
• Ability to deliver and collect documents, materials, and supplies on time.
• Good organizational skills to manage schedules and tasks efficiently.
